Do not use these steps if your Zen was successfully paired and has simply lost connection
If your Zen will not complete initial pairing with the Ecovent system, ensure that it is not currently think it is connected to a network by following these steps to remove it from any current connections:
- Remove the thermostat from the wall
- Touch the front plate to activate the screen
- Press the "Network" button on the rear of the device 10 times
- You should hear a sound and the network symbol should be off
Once reset, you can activate the network for connection by pressing the "Network" button 5 times, and then tap "pair" in the app to continue connecting the Zen to your control Hub.
If you continue to have trouble, try walking the Zen closer to the control Hub during pairing. If you find the Zen will not stay connected once installation is complete, you may need to move the control hub closer to the thermostat location.
