What happens if my Sensi won't connect to the hub?

The Ecovent app flow is preset for users who have not yet installed their Sensi thermostat. If your Sensi was installed at any point before opening the Ecovent app, you may encounter issues with getting the hub to recognize and pair with your Sensi. Please reset your thermostat to bypass this issue. This can be done one of two ways:

  1. Press the Temp Up / Temp Down / Fan buttons simultaneously and hold for 5 seconds (or until thermostat goes blank)
  2. Remove Sensi from wall and remove the batteries until screen goes blank

NOTE: Doing this will cause the thermostat to return to the factory-default programming - allowing you to follow the app's instructions on setting it back up.
