Adding a Sensor: "This Sensor is already installed in another room. Please remove it from that room in the app and try again."

This will occur if you reset a sensor and you try to install it in a room, but it is already installed in a different room.

Troubleshooting:

  • In the Ecovent app, please disconnect the sensor from its old room if possible. If you cannot, then please delete the old room altogether. 
  • Here is how you can delete a room.
