My Ecovent system is offline, how do I get it back up?

If you are having trouble connecting to your Ecovent system, check the steps below:

  1. Check the status light on the hub
    • On the top of the Ecovent hub should be a blue light
    • If the hub light if off or green, follow these steps
  2. If the light is blue, try the below steps and try to access your system after each step
    1. Try a quick power cycle by briefly pressing the raised reset button on the back of the hub
    2. Enter the Settings Menu and Sign out of Ecovent, then Sign back in using your login credentials made during installation
    3. Delete the Ecovent App and Reinstall it
